I'm an enterprise operator. I work at the intersection of strategy, ownership transitions, and operating system transformation — in environments where the mandate is clear, the constraints are real, and the decisions are mine to own.

Over 15 years, I've led organizations through the hardest moments a business faces — corporate spin-offs, carve-outs, post-acquisition integration, and platform modernization — across medical products, commercial manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and public sector environments ranging from $8B to $40B in revenue.

My pattern is consistent: walk into a volatile or fragmented operating environment, stabilize the foundation, build the systems and accountability structures that create durable EBITDA, and position the platform for the next event — whether that's growth, acquisition, or exit.
