I operate inside the platform. My experience was built through the full lifecycle of a global MedTech enterprise, from corporate separation to newco stand-up, through multiple ownership transitions and into acquisition. Across that journey, I led enterprise systems, operating cadence, and execution alignment across 30+ global sites — maintaining stability while the business was in motion. The mandate was clear: reduce volatility, improve visibility, and ensure the platform could perform under new ownership.
